The Hibernia Management and Development Corporation is the operator of the Hibernia Energy Project.

Discovered in 1979, the Hibernia oil field is located 315 km east southeast of St. John's, Newfoundland, in 80 metres of water. It is the fifth largest field ever discovered in Canada.

There are approximately three billion barrels of oil in place, of which roughly 750 million barrels are estimated to be recoverable.

Petro Canada is the Operator of the Terra Nova Energy Project.

Terra Nova
The Terra Nova oil field, located on the Grand Banks of Newfoundland is the second largest oil field off Canada’s East Coast, with estimated recoverable reserves of 370 million barrels of oil.

Husky Energy
Husky Energy is the Operator of the White Rose offshore oil project.

Discovered in 1984, the White Rose offshore oil field is located in the Jeanne d'Arc Basin 350km east of St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The field consists of both oil and gas pools, including the South White Rose oil pool. The oil pool covers approximately 40km2 and contains an estimated 200-250 million barrels of recoverable oil.
