As of 2017, the port of St. John’s, Newfoundland is one of 10 recognized Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) designated cruise ship ports for the processing of cruise ship provisions in Canada.

Titanic Project
In the summer of 2021, we provided Full Service Logistics for https://oceangate.com/ Titanic Survey Expedition which included Vessel Agency, Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, and Pre-Mobilization Consultancy.
As part of this project, we managed the in-bond import and export of support equipment, provided consultation on import procedures for high value items, and utilized our private pier for the mobilization of the vessel. We were also able to help the Expedition Team navigate Canadian immigration regulations and COVID-19 protocols to ensure the smoothest on/off signer experience possible.
